Meet the Founder
Flavie Halais is a Montreal-based journalist and strategist, and the creative mind behind Delfina. Her career spans over a decade of international reporting for publications such as WIRED, The Guardian, and Le Monde Afrique, alongside brand and communications strategy work for mission-driven organizations including UNHCR, WSP, and Danone.
A former amateur classical musician, and an avid playlist-builder, she brings a deep appreciation for creative work and a human-centred approach to consulting, helping artists, brands, and organizations clarify their identity and achieve their vision. She is also the creator of Flavie Friday Music Club, a monthly music recommendation newsletter.
