We’re designing tools for artists.

Delfina is a creative consultancy that offers brand and communication services across industries. After working closely with artists and creative teams, we saw a recurring gap: music professionals often lack the tools to articulate their identity with clarity. Branding advice feels generic. Consultants are expensive. What’s missing is a set of self-guided tools built with artists, not just for them.

This beta is the start of that process.

We're developing a series of digital workbooks designed to support independent and professional music artists, starting with three foundational tools. We're inviting a small group of testers to help shape them.

Get access
  • This is a 14-day, time-boxed pilot built around three existing strategic workbooks.

    The program is designed to help you build clarity on your brand, then commit to one decision to move your work forward.

    There is a clear (flexible) start date.

    There is a clear end date.

    There are no extensions.

  • If accepted, you will receive access to three in-development tools:

    • Write Your Artist Bio

    • Brand Archetypes for Music Artists

    • The Music Artist’s Guide to Briefing & Collaboration

    You will also receive:

    • One live decision review session (50 minutes), only if you complete the required submission on time.

    This session is not general advice.
    It is a review of the strategic choices you commit to during the beta.

  • This beta requires active participation.

    During the 14-day window, you will be asked to submit:

    • One clear positioning decision you are committing to;

    • One audience, direction, or opportunity you are explicitly deprioritizing;

    • A short reflection on where resistance showed up.

    Feedback comes after decisions, not instead of them.

    Participants who do not submit by the deadline will not receive the review session.

  • This beta is for artists who are:

    • Actively preparing a release or major project within the next 6 months;

    • Already visible enough to feel mispositioned or misunderstood;

    • Tired of reinventing themselves without clear direction;

    • Willing to commit to decisions for the length of their upcoming release cycle.

    You may be:

    • Releasing independently;

    • OR signed but seeking narrative control;

    • Working with collaborators and struggling to brief them clearly.

  • This beta is not for:

    • Beginners or artists still “figuring things out”;

    • Artists looking for growth hacks, posting strategies, or promotion plans;

    • Anyone unwilling to make narrowing decisions;

    • Anyone unable to commit time within a fixed window.

  • This beta is part of a larger collection of digital tools and programs designed for working artists who need help building their brand and commit to creative decisions.

    We’re starting small: three products, each practical and modular. But our aim is to grow this into something broader, shaped by the needs of real users. That’s where you come in.

  • Applications are reviewed manually.

    Acceptance is based on:

    • Timing;

    • Readiness;

    • Fit with the scope of the pilot.

    Not everyone will be accepted.

Write Your Artist Bio

A self-guided workbook for music artists who want to articulate who they are, what they stand for, and how to say it. Ideal for bios, grant applications, website copy, press materials, and more. Grounded in reflection, built for real-world use.

  • The Write Your Artist Bio Workbook is a thoughtful, strategic tool for music artists at any stage of their career. It guides you through a process of deep reflection to help you define your voice, clarify your artistic mission, and articulate what makes your work matter.

    Yes, you’ll write a compelling bio. But what you build here goes further: you’ll also generate the raw material for grant applications, website and press kit copy, project descriptions, funding statements, and more. The result is a library of authentic, intentional language you can return to again and again.

    Whether you’re preparing to pitch, promote, or simply get clearer on who you are, this workbook helps you find the words.

    • 7 reflection-based sections.

    • Smart, open-ended prompts.

    • Fill-in-the-blank bio builder.

    • Formatting tips by use case.

    • Ready-to-use ChatGPT prompt.

    • Strategy tips for next steps.

    • Access to an interactive Notion workspace (a Notion account is required).

    • Intuitive navigation, with integrated links, checklists, and embedded content for an organized workflow.

Archetypes For Artists

A guided Notion-based workbook introducing brand archetypes as a framework for defining and expressing the creative and emotional essence of an artist’s identity. Designed as both a research and strategy tool, it helps artists explore creative direction while building a coherent, differentiated brand.

    • An introduction to multiple archetypal frameworks, including but not limited to the classic 12 brand archetypes, adapted for artists and creative work.

    • Research tools and methodologies for discovering and analyzing your own creative references, influences, and thematic patterns.

    • Exercises to help you reflect on your artistic identity and the emotional and symbolic language it conveys.

    • Tools for aligning your visual language, messaging, and overall narrative with your archetype.

    • Case examples illustrating how archetypes can create distinct positioning and emotional resonance.

    • A reference list of 200 archetypes to use as a starting point for ideating.

  • The Brand Archetypes for Music Artists Workbook introduces an innovative framework rarely applied in music: the use of brand archetypes to help artists articulate the creative and emotional essence of their identity. Archetypes draw from deep-seated psychological patterns that shape how audiences connect with stories, personas, and ideas, making them a valuable lens through which artists can understand and influence perception.

    This workbook is designed as both a research and brainstorming tool. It encourages artists to explore possibilities for creative direction, tone, and style, while also laying the groundwork for a coherent and strategic brand expression. It is an entry point into a broader brand-building process, best used in conjunction with other tools available in the Delfina shop.

    • Access to an interactive Notion workspace.

    • Intuitive navigation, with integrated links, checklists, and embedded content for an organized workflow.

    • Ability to duplicate the workbook into your own Notion account for private use, editing, and ongoing reflection.
